The adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families who benefit most from the services of New Mexico PRN are interested in learning about themselves – what they like and don’t like, what motivates them, what they believe about themselves and others, and what they want their lives to be like.  The issues people typically ask for our help with include:  anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, personality issues, self-esteem, identity, substance use problems, compulsive behavior, occupational/academic issues, relationship challenges, health issues and chronic pain, and life transitions.  Our clients achieve self-acceptance and satisfaction by learning to make choices and develop the skills that are consistent with their values, needs, and goals.
